Google Drive and Dropbox connect buttons don't display on first page load

Exactly as the title says. Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure remoteStorage.js with Dropbox and/or Google Drive API keys
2. Load widget in a clean browser (e.g. incognito window)
3. Only the RemoteStorage connect button shows
4. Refresh page
5. Google Drive and Dropbox buttons show

This is strange. I've never seen it in the wild.

Do you see the same behavior on e.g. https://webmarks.5apps.com ?

If not, it would help with reproducing if you could link to or paste the code that is used to display the widget.
