Don't open widget on app startup, when already connected

The old widget kept state in localStorage, and based on that, it did not open the bubble when re-opening an app with a storage already connected. I think it's a bit distracting now with the new widget not doing the same, but opening the bubble every time.

What do you think?

I liked the bubble staying closed when already connected better as well.
