[lint] add biome lint plugin

new to remotion and notice that by default has eslint lint rule, however it'd be great to consider adding to biome.

Many people are now already moving to oxlint 😬
This one seems to have more momentum now and supports ESLint rules, so I would probably go for supporting that first.
