This project aims to periodically check if servers or websites are up and running (http status 200)
- ADD sending e-mail to user, when website is offline
- Save a list of websites to monitoring
- Init with the OS System ( if this is possible)
- Optionally add a GUI interface.
- Compile and provide the executable ( .exe)
