Comment fix: Replaced AWSElasticBeanstalkFullAccess
AWSElasticBeanstalkFullAccess was a managed IAM policy by AWS. They are now transitioning towards a new policy which is called AdministratorAccess-AWSElasticBeanstalk. Its not completely the same policy but new environments are created with this policy attached.
