How are you running Renovate?
Self-hosted Renovate
If you're self-hosting Renovate, tell us which platform (GitHub, GitLab, etc) and which version of Renovate.

Renovate runs into an error because it tries to get details for a pull request that doesn't exist.
From what I can tell, renovate thinks the PR exists because it is in the PR cache. I checked the entire log and there was no message of the PR cache ever getting synced (Which should be logged from here).
Is there any way to disable this cache?
