Per #41206, it may be worthwhile more explicitly warning users that they're using a not-recommended configuration for their dependencies.
In particular, if you're using minimumReleaseAge, you're likely to be more concious about what you put into your dependency tree, and so may want to be made aware that you're using something not-recommended.
WARN level log would be ideal, but I think DEBUG is probably best.
An alternative is that we log a DEBUG whenever we discover a Poetry range constraint.
