Phase 1 requirements

Phase 1 of this repo is to have all the files that represent Ren'Py repository in this repo, with "strict" pyright settings without type errors, even if most of the things are typed as Incomplete (alias of Any), and to build tools that compare those stubs with Ren'Py main branch.

When you say without type errors, do you mean within the stub repo or in the renpy repo?

The most common typing errors (in the renpy repo) are int-float conflicts, poor handling of None, and style attributes not being defined (eg. xpos).
