Version for FF131 as of Oct 12 does not respect maximum rows limit

File as downloaded had a limit of 10; I have a window with 6 rows worth of tabs. Quit FF, Edited the file to change the limit to 3; restarted FF, still 6 rows.

(FWIW, the source file cited doesn't even do multiple rowss as of current download.) Thanks, and I hope you can tweak further.
