When running cog predict, script hanging on "Loading BERT text encoder from bert.pt"

Hello,

I've been trying to get cog to work for my 4090 and followed all the instructions in getting started. I'm getting stuck on the final run step where the script will time out waiting for the BERT stage. I'm looking at my WIFI traffic and dont see anything being downloaded and CPU and GPU are flat. Any thoughts on how I can debug/get a better error message for what's happening here?
