Docs shouldn't assume knowledge of Docker

It should explain some Docker basics, the fact that a fresh container is run on every cog run/cog predict, that your code is mounted in /src, that everything outside of that directory is discarded, etc.

Should also mention Docker for Desktop settings, like increasing disk storage size, increasing CPU and memory allocation.
