In theory, the repos for Rocky 10 should behave the same as with Rocky 9. However, I've found two changes:

• ResilientStorage (abbreviated rs) has been deprecated
• The branch name for version 10 in the package source repo has a different syntax than previous versions as it seems looking at the repology code (r10s instead of r10)

As far as I can see, more than 10% links to .specs for rocky are broken, while we require valid links for all recipes. New versions will not be accepted unless that is resolved.

Most problems seem to be caused by r8 or r9 branch missing from the repositories, for instance https://git.rockylinux.org/staging/rpms/python3.12-setuptools-rust/
Other cases may involve spec file named differently than the package, for instance https://git.rockylinux.org/staging/rpms/ipa-healthcheck/-/blob/r9/SPECS/freeipa-healthcheck.spec
