Skipped steps are logged as Passed

Step skipping has been [added in v 1.51](https://playwright.dev/docs/api/class-teststepinfo#test-step-info-skip-2). Such skipped steps appear in the RP log as Passed and the description is not logged at all. It would be nice to make these steps more distinct from the steps that were executed.
