Add possibility to edit launches

It will be good to have the possibility to edit launches:

• Add / Modify / Delete attributes
• Edit description

Sometimes we need some batch action, for example, update all launchers from the test project with attribute Version:2025.1.23.0 and set the Rerun attribute as true.
