Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'index')

I have version 2.5.300 installed, It is a fairly fresh install as in I installed it about a month ago but I'm finally getting around to using it. Every time I go to save a page it provides the error Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'index'). Then I get an icon saying conflict, Use local or remote. It always appears like it doesn't save the page but if I click remote and then navigate to the page everything is there and updated. It's just annoying always having to do that. I'm not sure what setting I have fudged or if the install was messed up.
