Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'index')

Hello, we encountered this error message when saving anything on the site in editor mode. Where to find some log files? if there is one?

I'm having the same issue as well and posted a few discussions below this one. Hoping to hear back from someone about this. Everything saves fine for me I just constantly get the same error which is annoying to say the least.
