Unable to see the admin interface

Hi all,
I'm just starting today with this platform so pleas be nice with me :-)
I've installed a docker container and everything seems fine on a system which has 2 IP.
If I get connected to one IP I can access to all the configurations. If I acces with the second IP I see the site, but I cannot modify pages or configurations. Could you explain me why? tnx
