Error "Network Error: Response not successful: Received status code 404"

Error 1: When accessing the application after logging in, I have to refresh the screen at least 3 or 4 times to access the system; otherwise, I get the initial configuration screen.

Error 2: When I try to save or enter any screen, I receive the message "Network Error: Response not successful: Received status code 404". I have to repeat the action 3 to 4 times to actually succeed.

Environment: I'm using the application deployed on a server with Kubernetes.

Could someone help?
