Import from swisscovery: display a message when the service is unavailable #1038
Description
How it works
During the deposit process, when importing metadata from the swisscovery catalog, if that service is unavailable, the user only sees the spinning wheel turning indefinitely with the message "Loading...", and the screen grayed out.
Improvement suggestion
Show a message to the user:
"Le catalogue swisscovery ne permet pas l'importation de métadonnées actuellement. Veuillez réessayer plus tard."
"The swisscovery catalog does not currently allow metadata imports. Please try again later."
