Remove with-bucket for record creation

How it works

All record classes inherits from the SONAR Record which is a Record with a file support. This force to specify the with-bucket option. It should not, subdivision, users and other resource should not have files.

Improvement suggestion

Sonar Record should be splitted into a base SonarRecord class and a SonarRecordFiles class. And each resource should inherit from the right class.
