OAI: resource identifier with view for a dedicated organization

How it works

In the case of a dedicated organisation, the url contains the dedicated domain name, but not the organisation view code.

Improvement suggestion

The URL is generated in cascade (see examples below)

• When server name exist
  • Else: when view code exists (i.e. the document belongs to an organisation)
    • Else (no view code, i.e. the document doesn't belong to any organisation)

  • Wanted: https://folia.unifr.ch/unifr/documents/49835
• Server name doesn't exist, view code exist (i.e. the document belongs to an organisation)
