A dedicated portal should not give access to the `global` view

### How it works

Currently, a dedicated portal gives access to the global view.

Example: https://folia.unifr.ch/global/documents/316743 is a document of "hesso" accessed via Folia. Via the search engines of the unifr.ch website, documents outside of Folia are indexed because of this problem.

### Improvement suggestion

The dedicated views don't allow the global URL.
