Support for a flag that makes our (upcoming) `Table` widget fills the space around it

I wish for the table widget to have a magic flag that makes it shrink/grow its columns in order to fill the available space around, as opposed to the existing behavior:

Ideally every individual column will stop growing once it reaches a large enough side to show its largest value in entirety.
I'm not sure exactly what the behavior should be when shrinking, but you get the idea.
