incorrect drag & drop cursor on Windows

We're showing a cross with arrows which is usually used to move contents around in a layout. Seems inappropriate for drag & drop interactions.

Playing around with some other applications on Windows it seems there's no accepted standards. Oftentimes just the blank cursor with something being dragged. However a regular cursor with some kind of dashed rectangle top bottom to it is popular it seems, something like this:

The problem seems to be with winit/eframe's cursor handling on native.
