Add list order feature #1664
Description
For number of lists we have position that enables user to change the order of items in the list. For example contributors, organisations, testimonials etc.
For the following lists we do not have position "feature":
- Software page: communities, related software and related projects
- Project page: related software and related projects
To implement this feature we can use generic SortableList components. However the tables need to be extended with position column and saving/patching of data need to be implemented.
