Remove Helmholtz page from this repository #1670
Description
The version of the Helmholtz home-component in this repository is a very old version of our homepage. We have been maintaining the landing page in our repository without migrating the changes back to this repo. I would like to suggest to remove the Helmholtz component in this repository, as the changes to the files in this repository make the maintenance on our side difficult whenever there has been a change here.
