Full Page Screenshot Not Working on Phone and Tablet

I am trying to take a screenshot in iPhone X and iPad but it's not working. But when I tried taking full page screenshot on laptop/desktop device it's working perfectly. I also tried reinstalling and running the app in administrator but the problem still occurs.

I notice that if I choose either of this two options here, full page screenshot won't work.

@GabrielBanua It happens for a specific page or every screenshot is failing? Please try capturing https://twitter.com to narrow down if it is a URL specific problem.

If the twitter screenshot is working fine, can you please share the URL that is failing? So that it will be easier to debug the issue.

Appreciate the prompt response

The full page screenshot feature doesn’t work on any site including https://www.google.com/

As requested, I tried opening https://twitter.com/ several times in Responsively App but the page is not loading, sometimes the app automatically close. I also tried opening the site on my browser to see if the problem is on my network but the site it's perfectly fine.

Yes, the app is running in full permission. I will attempt your suggestion and see if it works.
