Resque scheduler was not executed

I use Resque scheduler 4.6.0. I configured it to execute the jobs in the resque_schedules.yml file.

I have the following issue: the resque scheduler did not execute the jobs for some period. I checked the log and example for 08.02.2024 at 10:00 and 11:20.

How do you think I could fix this issue and prevent it?
