Feature: Allow direct downloading from CSDB.DK

This will allow any board to have instant access to the entire scene. With the new download method this could be a very quick and easy way to get a nice collection of disks or programs.

Forgot you had suggested this, back in May, commit 6e81b2d added the CSDb plugin which allows direct downloads from csdb.dk
