A place for a configuration string.

Is there a chance we could get a place to put in a modem initialization string?

I'm finding that it's better to issue a ATF0B57600 at startup of the Strikelink modem than to leave it set that way all time as a saved setting. (If you upgrade the Strikelink firmware with that setting in place, it will crash the firmware for some reason.)

Anyway it would be nice to maintain compatibility with other terminals (CCGMS, etc) without having to untie it in Retroterm first.

6ed8a84 Added the option to save a configuration file to disk.
The configuration file stores the RTS timing, screen state during transfers (for ACIA cartridge versions) and an init string for the modem, plus the initial baud rate the modem is configured to before the init string is sent.

This init string is only sent on first RUN.
If the config file is found on disk, the string is sent automatically. Otherwise the configuration screen is shown before entering Retroterm proper.
