how to translate rouge firmware into Chinese？

I’m using rouge firmware on my rg350 these days. It’s pretty good but the built in Chinese translation is made by google translate so I wan to translate it on my own. 

But how can l do this?it seems the folder which contains the translation file isn’t writeable.  

Anyone have idea with this?
