Cashout/Loan Flow

-My cashout value was way higher than the actual transaction produced
-Something in cashout modal (chain select I think) has a mem leak or some other performance nuke
-When taking a loan, the first transaction is to set permissions, which is not made clear to the User
-My first loan attempt failed via MetaMasks smart transaction, not really sure why because it went through with a lower gas cost the second time around. Was the first Tx encode bugged?

The hasPermissions needs a rethink. The checking for hasPermissions seems to be fine & proceeds to the loan tx but seems like its inconsistent when setting the hasPermissions
