A new updated config

I noticed the config in debian, and presumibly other bases have a default that is a touch to aggressive, and log happy for non-techsavvy users so Made a few tweaks, context this file is tuned with harddrives and gaming in mind to allow for adaquent protection while still being able to use 95% of RAM and 95% of all swap space.
