Vsync options

Hi, big fan of scb gui!

Id suggest to include a dropdown somewhere that has the vsync options. Its quite common for gamescope to default to IMMEDIATE and its a not for everyone.

Im struggling to get FIFO working from lutris with scb (even though the application is detected) and i think a dropdown in scb would make this part 1000 times easier.

think you would use --immediate-flips as a gamescope arg to disable vsync

Thats to disable vsync though. Id like to force FIFO or the equivalent from gamescope.
