Redesign landing page and add ThemeSwitch component

Revamps the main landing page with a modern, feature-rich layout, including hero, features, highlights, tech stack, and footer sections. Adds a new ThemeSwitch component for toggling between light and dark themes, replacing the previous ThemeSwitcher import. Improves UI consistency and developer experience.
