The cost to run this workshop can be significantly reduced.
To Reproduce
Run the workshop in RHDP here.
Expected behavior
Be able to run the workshop with 1 or 3 control plane nodes, 1 GPU (autoscaling), 1+ worker (autoscaling)
static nodes are 3 - 5 vs 13
Additional context
Remove ODF dependency - unused feature. modify RWX to RWO
