Add an hotkey for the "Scope to this" command.

It would be great if we could setup a customizable hotkey to quickly focus a folder by just hovering it with the mouse instead of opening the context menu !

Great suggestion! Unfortunately, I don't have the capacity to implement it. PRs are more than welcome!

Or simply use it on an open file and set the scope to its parent folder. I would also like a command as I rarely use the context menu due to clutter.
