Using Depreciated feature: Custom Params on the language top level

This feature was deprecated in Hugo v0.112.0 and will be removed in Hugo 0.127.0. The default README config files need to be updated so [languages.en.params.keywords] values are below [languages.en.params]. And the files referencing them would also need to have their syntax updated to reflect the change.
