Make the error messages stand out more

Various error messages are currently showing up under the "shopping cart" list on the right hand side. These errors can be hard to catch, and should be more prominent on the page - e.g: a bar at the top, a pop-up box - something that makes it easier to catch.

Totally agreed. Those messages now scroll into view when an error occurs, but it would be great if that message was more prominent. I'd vote for a bar at the top - that would be a bit less obtrusive than a popup.

The error UI needs to accommodate multiple error messages. (For example, if you select OpenShift Dedicated but not no public cloud provider and you fail to select a source control option, you'll get two error messages.)

We'll need to design something and then implement that design.
