Correct document titles in Yard documentation

Would be great to have human-readable document titles instead of file names in Yard documentation. Generally trivial to do, but blocked by lsegal/yard#1192 for now.

I've created a pull request to Yard lsegal/yard#1193 which will help to workaround some issues with Yard documentation I have stumbled upon in this porject.

Ribose heavily uses AsciiDoc, so I guess it will be generally beneficial, not only here in EnMail.

Still waiting for a new release of Yard (> 0.9.16) Sorry, the blocker mentioned in the first comment isn't fixed yet. New release doesn't help much, although it happened.
