Character initiatialisation duplicates whenever called

Whenever using the character factory to initialise a character, the print message is output twice. Shouldn't cause bugs, but weird. Probably due to inheritance within the init functions.

This is often filtered out by the log settings (can't remember if it's Player, Memory or Redis!). It's also at quite a low level of detail.
