`TheWelcome` component usefullness

Hi,

Vue noob here :-)

First of all, thank you for this boilerplate. It's very useful when starting vue !

From what I've read, components should be made if they are meant to be reused on other vues/components.

Given that, what's the goal of the TheWelcome component? I though maybe you created it to show how components work, but IMHO this clutters a bit the understanding of the architecture and we (or at least I) wonder why it's separated like that.

It's entirely possible that I'm missing something, but if not I'd suggest moving it to the vue (I can make a PR if that's OK)
