GitHub Actions error building docker image - Bad credentials

Since 1.11.0, the docker image in keeps/siegfried doesn't seems released.

As I can see in the GitHub Actions, it seems that there is an issue with credentials: https://github.com/richardlehane/siegfried/actions/workflows/docker.yaml

Is it possible to fix it and release in docker hub the latest version ?
