It seems that the wrong release has been tagged as "latest"? As a result, Arduino IDE installs the wrong version (0.0.1) but tags it as 0.0.5. Also, in the library.properties file, the version numbers are wrong (0.0.5 for the initial release, and 0.0.6 for version 0.0.5). At least that is my understanding.
