Open popup on the shelf of display that the pinned icon is

Love the app. Nearly perfect.

I use an external monitor and have my display extended into it. There is a shelf on both monitors. When I click on your app in the extended monitor the window pops up on the primary monitor, not the extended monitor. Would it be possible to correct this? I suspect it might be how you are calling the chrome.app.window and canSetVisibleOnAllWorkspaces flag .. but you would know better.
