Log output from alsa/pulseaudio when no audio is available #37

Description

@kpcyrd

hello! 😺

I've been working on adding rebels-in-the-sky to Debian for a while now, and I noticed it looks like this when started on a server that has no audio devices:

Many TUI apps have a ctrl+L key combo to clear+re-render the screen, for rebels-in-the-sky I found resizing the window works.

The bug is likely in a library (probably rodio) but you may be more familiar with the code to track this down. Alternatively, as a workaround, the app could clear+render as soon as any feedback was received from the audio thread (either success or error).

(The game is very cool, I love how detailed the graphics are 🖤)
