V3 certificate based certify

I would like to know if you have a version of Certify that uses V3 certificates rather than V2 certificates.

no, I am using itscertgen to generate V3 certificates. However, I am open for PRs adding this feature to certify if itscertgen is insufficient for your purposes in some regards.
