Making debug HTMLs like in the tests directory & Dev Guide

Thanks for this tool. I appreciate the way it has eased some of my needs in my project.

Context

I am using it in one of my projects and found that the debug HTMLs in the test directory are exactly what I need for Papaya to work in my project; in particular, the debug_server_from_url.html file. I would like to be able to generate this file and include 2 additional overlay files.

Question & Request

1. Is there a way to generate these debug HTMLs easily? How?
2. Would you consider including some developer documentation to make this easier for future users?
