The index coordinate direction is different from MRIcroGL and SPM #242
Description
The indices coordinates(x,y,z) of papaya are different from those displayed by MRIcroGL and SPM. MRIcroGL and SPM are from left->right, Posterior->Anterior, Inferior->Superior, while Papaya is from left->right, Anterior->Posterior,Superior->Inferior? Is there a way to set the indices coordinate direction of papaya to be consistent with MRIcroGL and SPM?
