Update jyut6ping3.schema.yaml (#176)

* Update jyut6ping3.schema.yaml

「中文」语言状态改为显示「粤」字，更加符合粤拼用户嘅直觉理解
ABC 改为英字，呢个如有异议可用翻 ABC。

但 「粤」字表示当前中文状态呢条必须噉做。
